    WHAT IS THE COMMISSION STRUCTURE?
    Concierge in our Commission Program earn approximately 20% of our net profit per approved sale. Commissions are paid by Discount Tickets & Tours and sent by the end of each month for the prior month’s commissions.

    Note: Rewards Program
    Affiliates in our Reward Points Program will earn the same 20% of our profit in reward points to redeem toward a variety of gift cards. Redemption instructions will be emailed as needed.

    WHAT IS MY COMMISSION POTENTIAL?
    Your commission amount will depend on the tourism seasonal conditions and the consistency in which you recommend our service through your affiliate website/link to others via face-to-face interactions, QR Code displays, handing out our flyers, emails, texts...etc.  If you are allowed, we have seen a great response (increased sales) when displaying our QR code sign flyers.     INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARDS
    >> For credit card entries, enter the prompt data in the order laid out so the correct fields appear. Fields will change with the country entered. **The default country in the billing section is "United States".
    >> If using an international card, remember to change the country field to avoid card decline.
    >> If you need to correct the country field, you must restart at the beginning of the billing section by clicking "My Cart" (top left corner) in order make the correct country fields to appear.
    >>Persistent "DECLINE" issues may require trying another card or contacting our Support Call Center at (714) 490-6100 for assistance: Daily from 6 am to 7 pm, and after hours at support@areshotelsandtickets.com.

    SECURITY ALERTS ~ FRAUD PROTECTION ~ AVOID DECLINES
    Occasionally, a purchaser's credit card may be flagged if our security protocol detects a need, it is for their and our credit card safety.
    (Please call our Support Call Center if you are unable to complete a legitimate purchase). See contact numbers at the top of this page.

    >> TO AVOID DECLINES:
    It is VITAL you enter only information associated with the credit card being used: Name, billing addresses, emails, and phone numbers.

    Identity Confirmation Methods:
    >> TEXT REPLY:
    The guest may be asked to reply to a text message from “Advanced Reservations Support” to confirm their identity.

    >> MICRO DEPOSITS:
    The purchaser may receive an email from "Advanced Reservations Support", requesting they retrieve two "Micro Deposits" placed on their credit card. Sometimes, the purchaser will need to go online or call their credit card, retrieve the deposit amounts, enter them into the email we sent, and click "verify".

    >> Their purchase will be completed and tickets sent shortly after submission is verified.
