The business, originally located across from Disneyland, grew from the pair's experience as teenage bellmen and concierges in the Anaheim Resort Area. Eager to provide exceptional service, Patrick would even buy tickets in advance with his own money for his hotel guests so they wouldn’t have to wait in line.
